RI DMAT Services

The RI DMAT team is dedicated to providing emergency and disaster medicine throughout the state and country. It is comprised of the following:

RI DMAT (Federal team)
RI MRC
RI Responds / SERV-RI Emergency System for the Advanced Registration of Volunteer Health Professionals management and development
Emergency Medical education.
Disaster Management Informatics Group

How To Join RI-1 DMAT

Currently, due to restrictions placed on the RI-1 DMAT budget and HHS HR policies, RI DMAT is accepting application requests only from MDs, NPs, PAs, and RNs who have been an active member of the RI Medical Reserve Corps and have participated in MRC trainings for one year. The RI MRC works hand in hand with RI-1 DMAT team members and leadership in providing Physician Level care to the citizens of Rhode Island throughout the year.
